Welcome to Our House

 The 2018-2019 Season will begin the week of October 22.

If you have not yet registered, we can still get you registered. Please see details below. 

If you have registered but have not paid, please note the following payment options:

Cheques - Can be given to one of the League Co-ordinators or at the bar when it is open;

Cash, Credit Card, Debit cards - Can be accepted at the bar during regular bar hours (Monday-Thursday after 8:00pm) 

If these options do not work for you, please email us at and we can make other arrangements.



Registration Sessions for 2018-2019 Season

Registration took place on October 2-4, October 10th & 13th. If you were not able to attend one of these sessions, you can still register.

Please contact us by email  or (250) 427-2591. Note that registration in each league is subject to availability, see league status below.

Evening Leagues:

Monday - Social League (room for 8 more curlers)

Tuesday - Open (7 teams registered - wait list for new teams)

Wednesday - Mixed (This league is now full)

Thursday - Competitive Cash League (8 teams registered - wait list for new teams)

Friday - Doubles (still accepting registrations)

This year our evening leagues offer a half season option, accomodating those that may be away for extended periods during the winter. All evening leagues will run their 1st half between Oct-Dec and 2nd half between Jan-Mar. 

Daytimers League (Seniors) will play at 10:00am on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and will continue with a schedule based on quarters. For the first quarter we have 10 teams registered and scheduled to begin play on October 23. Any new registrations for the 1st Quarter will go onto a wait-list. Quarters 2,3 and 4 are still open for registration.

High School & Junior Leagues

Scheduled to start in mid-November. Look for further information in the next few weeks. 

Bonspiels and Funspiels 

We also have several bonspiels and funspiels planned for the year. See the Calendar and Bonspiels Page for dates and details. 

 Facility Rentals

The Facilities are available year round for public and private functions (banquets, reunions & receptions). Book  your Christmas party now at Kimberley’s most affordable venue!!!

The Kimberley Curling Club is equipped with six sheets of ice, lounge and canteen. It offers fun and affordable winter recreation activity for all ages and abilities.

The Kimberley Curling Club was awarded “Club of the Year” by Curl BC in 2011, and hosted that Wall Grain Mixed Doubles Classic in 2016. In the past 2 or 3 years we have seen our teams win provincial championships in the Mixed and High School categories. Throughout our history we have sent many teams to represent BC at the national championship level. Stop by and see the Provincial and National Championship signs posted in the arean, or see our wall of fame.  

The rink area, lower viewing area and washrooms are completely wheelchair accessible to those with limited mobility issues.

Club Coach Workshop 

Curl BC is delivering a Club Coach Workshop at the Kimberley Curling Club on October 27th-28th, 2018. To enroll, contact CurlBC, full details are provided with the Club Coach poster under the EVENTS tab.

This streamlined 2 day workshop prepares coaches to work with club curlers from beginner to intermediate skill levels of all age groups. The technical and theoretical content is being delivered by Curl BC Coach Developer Karen Watson. Coaches will learn about:

  • teaching strategy, tactics and decision making processes
  • delivery & brushing skills
  • making ethical decisions
  • emergency action plans
  • skill analysis & drills to correct faults
  • practice planning
  • competition planning

Dart League

The Kimberley Curling Club hosts the Dart League on Wednesday evenings through October to March.
